These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NLO Brand (nlobrand.com), operated by NLO Coding. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using NLO Brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
NLO Brand is an AI-powered personal brand builder. The service provides a 7-phase dialogue experience that generates a comprehensive brand guide with 14 sections. We use AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to generate personalized brand recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
The NLO Brand platform, including its design, code, and AI prompts, is the intellectual property of NLO Coding. You retain ownership of the content you provide (business information, brand data). You receive a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated brand guides for your personal and commercial purposes.
Brand guides and recommendations are generated by AI and should be treated as suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting AI-generated content before using it in your business.
You may not: - Use the service for illegal purposes. - Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform. - Resell AI-generated content as a competing service. - Abuse the AI system with harmful or misleading prompts. - Circumvent usage limits or access controls. - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
NLO Brand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLO Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
